Even though I learned how to shoot and develop film in my high school photography class, I never got excited about film until last summer. I picked up a Hasselblad in June 2019 and instantly wondered why it had taken me so long to incorporate film into my artistic practice. Since then, I bought my own medium-format film camera (a Pentax 67), excitedly photographed the people closest to me whenever possible with it, and have shot a personal project which included over 30 photoshoots entirely on film (Generations)
